Glenesk School offers a remarkable blend of exceptional facilities and an enchanting location. Our school site provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where students can thrive academically, creatively, and socially. All of our facilities are age-appropriate and designed specifically for children age 2-7 to make full use of.

Our location in East Horsley village in Surrey allows us to be part of the local community with our older children regularly visiting our local woods, community events and taking trips to places such as Wisley Gardens and Windsor Castle. We are located in between Guildford, Cobham and Dorking and many of our families travel from these areas.

Our school boasts an array of age-appropriate facilities, designed for our children to enjoy.

Our bright, large and airy classrooms and purpose-built nursery building have exciting displays and interactive play and learning areas, creating an inspiring learning environment.

All our Early Years areas have dedicated outdoor learning spaces, with a variety of play-based educational equipment and our main playground houses a dedicated area for nature, where our children can search for minibeasts, learn about symmetry by building giant butterflies or they can look after our chickens and collect their eggs.

We have recently completed a facilities development programme which has dramatically transformed our outside space to allow for more free flow between our Nursery and Rising Reception outdoor play areas and we plan to bring our packed library to the ground floor, making it more accessible for our younger pupils.

Our main hall buzzes with activity for much of the day and is home to a large stage, which has specialist lighting and audio equipment, so is used for many of our school performances.

We also have a dedicated music room, where our children enjoy curricular and extra-curricular music lessons. Our main school building also houses a fantastic indoor heated pool, contemporary changing room and toilet facilities.
